Cosmic Church is a faith-based religious organization organized pursuant to Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Church exists to support the sincere spiritual, religious, educational, charitable, and communal pursuits of its Members through religious teachings, ceremonies, sacramental observances, contemplative practices, educational programs, community fellowship, and related activities.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, membership platforms, educational materials, communications, events, ceremonies, products, services, and programs offered by Cosmic Church (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for membership, making a donation, attending events, or otherwise participating in the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.
Church means Cosmic Church, its officers, directors, ministers, facilitators, volunteers, employees, agents, and authorized representatives.
Services means all Church-operated websites, memberships, educational materials, communications, events, ceremonies, programs, community activities, and related offerings.
Member means any individual accepted into Church membership.
Participant means any individual who accesses or participates in Church activities, whether a Member or not.
User means any person accessing the Church website or Services.

Cosmic Church is a religious organization dedicated to the exercise and expression of sincerely held spiritual and religious beliefs.

Participation in Church activities is voluntary and intended for religious observance, personal reflection, spiritual growth, community engagement, and educational purposes.
Nothing offered through the Church is intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Members and Participants agree to:
The Church reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate membership or participation at any time for conduct inconsistent with Church values or policies.
Donations, tithes, offerings, membership contributions, and other financial support help sustain the mission and operations of the Church.
Unless otherwise required by law:
Nothing in these Terms guarantees any benefit, service level, spiritual outcome, or financial return in exchange for donations.
Participation may involve personal discussions, spiritual experiences, educational conversations, or other sensitive information.
Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow Participants.
Without permission, Members shall not:
The Church cannot guarantee complete confidentiality but will make reasonable efforts to protect Member information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Church events may occasionally be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or documented for educational, archival, promotional, or community purposes.
By attending Church events, you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings may occur.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media recordings should notify Church representatives before participating.
The Church reserves the right to use event-related media for lawful religious, educational, and promotional purposes.
Participation in Church activities may involve emotional, spiritual, educational, intellectual, social, or physical experiences.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You assume full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, health, wellbeing, and participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Church and its officers, directors, volunteers, ministers, facilitators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmic Church, its parent organizations, affiliated ministries, officers, directors, clergy, ministers, volunteers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, and representatives (collectively, the “Protected Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, investigations, liabilities, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses of every kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your membership, participation, attendance, or involvement in any Church activity, ceremony, event, educational program, community activity, religious practice, or use of any sacrament;
(b) Your use of, access to, or reliance upon the Church’s website, services, content, materials, communications, or resources;
(c) Your violation of these Terms and Conditions, Church policies, membership agreements, waivers, codes of conduct, or applicable laws and regulations;
(d) Any false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you to the Church;
(e) Your negligent, reckless, intentional, unlawful, or otherwise improper acts or omissions;
(f) Any injury, loss, damage, claim, dispute, or liability arising from your actions, conduct, decisions, or participation in Church-related activities;
(g) Any claim brought by a third party, government agency, family member, spouse, guardian, employer, or other person arising from or related to your conduct, participation, membership, purchases, donations, communications, or interactions with the Church; and
(h) Any breach of representations, warranties, acknowledgments, assumptions of risk, or agreements made by you in connection with your membership or participation.
The obligations contained in this Section shall survive the termination of your membership, account, participation, use of the Services, or relationship with Cosmic Church. Cosmic Church reserves the right, at its sole discretion and expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to fully cooperate in the defense of such matter.
Before initiating legal action, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through informal discussions.
Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration prior to court proceedings.
In the event a Member initiates any claim, dispute, arbitration, administrative action, or legal proceeding against Cosmic Church, and Cosmic Church substantially prevails in such matter, the Member agrees to reimburse Cosmic Church for all costs and expenses incurred in defending the action, including attorney’s fees, arbitration fees, court costs, expert witness fees, and other related expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Each party shall otherwise bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise ordered by a court, arbitrator, or required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which the Church principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Church may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Church website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
