Domestic Shipping

At this time, CosmicChurch.com ships exclusively within the United States.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders placed outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple shipping locations depending on product availability and inventory. As a result, some orders may arrive in separate packages and include multiple tracking numbers. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, product availability, carrier operations, and fulfillment location.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods, special events, or holidays.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship through FedEx to provide reliable, secure, and trackable delivery service. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, or operational requirements.

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is important to us. CosmicChurch.com takes reasonable measures to ensure all shipments are packaged and labeled discreetly to protect the confidentiality of our members and their orders.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging without references to product contents, church activities, sacramental materials, or other sensitive information displayed on the exterior of the package. Shipping labels and return addresses are designed to maintain privacy whenever possible. Package contents are not identified on the outside of the shipment. For added security and privacy, we recommend providing an accurate shipping address and selecting a delivery location where packages can be received safely.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations and policies. While we will assist in resolving shipping issues whenever possible, CosmicChurch.com is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
