The name of this religious organization shall be Cosmic Church (“the Church”).
Cosmic Church exists to support the sincere spiritual, educational, and religious development of its Members through sacred ceremonies, spiritual exploration, personal growth, community fellowship, contemplative practices, and the responsible exercise of its religious traditions.
The Church is organized exclusively for religious, spiritual, charitable, educational, and ecclesiastical purposes.

Upon dissolution of the Church, all remaining assets shall be distributed to one or more religious, educational, charitable, or nonprofit organizations whose purposes align with the mission of the Church.
No assets shall inure to the private benefit of any individual.
These Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors.
All amendments shall remain consistent with the Church’s mission, doctrine, and spiritual principles.

Whenever possible, disputes involving Members, clergy, officers, or Church activities shall first be addressed through internal mediation, reconciliation, and ecclesiastical review before external proceedings are pursued.
All Church activities, programs, policies, and governance decisions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Church’s spiritual mission and sincerely held beliefs.
The Board of Directors and Church leadership shall preserve and protect the religious doctrine, spiritual principles, and mission of Cosmic Church for future generations.
