This Membership Covenant (“Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned individual (“Member”) and Cosmic Church (“Church”), a spiritual and religious organization dedicated to personal growth, spiritual exploration, sacred communion, and the sincere exercise of faith.
By becoming a member, the Member affirms that their participation is motivated by genuine spiritual beliefs and a desire to engage in the teachings, ceremonies, sacraments, and community practices of Cosmic Church.
The Member acknowledges that Cosmic Church exists for spiritual, educational, and religious purposes. Membership is sought for personal spiritual development, self-discovery, community connection, sacred learning, and participation in the Church’s religious practices.
The Member affirms that they are joining freely and sincerely, and not for recreational, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
The Member understands that certain sacraments and ceremonial practices may be considered sacred expressions of the Church’s sincerely held religious beliefs.
Participation in any ceremony, sacrament, gathering, or educational program is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the Member’s own discretion.
The Member agrees to approach all Church activities with respect, reverence, personal responsibility, and an understanding of their spiritual significance.
The Member acknowledges that Cosmic Church is a faith-based organization and does not operate for the commercial sale of religious sacraments.
Any donations, tithes, offerings, or contributions made to the Church are voluntary and support the Church’s mission, community programs, educational efforts, and religious activities.
Membership is not a purchase and does not guarantee access to any specific program, event, sacrament, or service.
The Member accepts full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after participation in Church activities.
The Member agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during any intake, application, or membership process and to disclose any information that may affect their ability to participate safely and responsibly.
The Member understands that they are responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions while participating in Church activities.
The Member agrees to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, compassion, and responsibility toward fellow members and Church representatives.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership at the sole discretion of the Church.
The Member acknowledges that Church ceremonies, teachings, discussions, and member interactions may involve personal and spiritual matters.
Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members and refrain from sharing confidential information without permission.
Cosmic Church will make reasonable efforts to protect member information consistent with applicable law and Church policies.
The Member understands that participation in spiritual, educational, ceremonial, and community activities may involve personal reflection, emotional experiences, and other subjective responses.
By participating, the Member voluntarily accepts all risks associated with their participation and agrees that they are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Cosmic Church, its officers, directors, stewards, volunteers, members, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising out of the Member’s voluntary participation in Church activities, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as waiving rights that cannot legally be waived.
Cosmic Church reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke membership at any time if a Member:
Membership is a privilege and may be withdrawn at the Church’s discretion.
By checking the membership acknowledgment box and submitting their application, the Member certifies that:
